The C.E.P. Alberta Area Council’s 2011 Fall School will be held at the BLACK KNIGHT INN, 2929–50 Avenue, Red Deer, Alberta on Thursday 3rd November 2011 to Sunday 6th November, 2011.
A block of rooms will be reserved under the group name Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union of Canada (CEP) for the nights of November 2nd, 2011 through to November 5th, 2011, at a cost of $115/standard guestroom/night plus taxes. Reservations and payments will be the responsibility of the attendees; reservations can be made by calling toll-free at 1-800-661-8793. The block of rooms will be held until October 2, 2011, at which time any rooms not confirmed will be released and available for the general public to book. Attendees who book after October 2, 2011will still be offered the reduced rates based on availability of guestrooms.

The class size will be around twenty-five students and will be filled on a first come first served basis. The reason we are asking for the registration fee up front this year is to discourage last minute planning. It is essential that we know how many are coming by the October 8th deadline in order to have the proper material ON HAND before the classes begin. AGAIN we encourage you to register early. The classes for the 2011 Fall School are 1 Bargaining All classes will start 9.00 am Thursday 3rd and finish at noon on Sunday 6th Composite locals are asked to forward this letter and package to each of their Bargaining Units in order to ensure that everyone has a chance of attending.
